Q: How
much does it cost me to have vending machines?
A: There is not cost to you or your company. We provide a service
to your company by putting our machines in your business and servicing
them.
Q: How
often will you service the vending machine?
A: The service frequency depends on how many people will be using
the machines and how many machines you have in your workplace.
Q: How
do we know what type of machines we need?
A: This is based on how many people we will be serving and how much
room you have in your building.
Q: Can
I put Pepsi and Coke in the same vending machine?
A: We can only do this if we use our generic equipment. If you have
enough space and people we would rather put a Pepsi machine and
a Coke machine in your location.
Q: What
happens if one of the machines breaks or malfunctions?
A: You would call S & L Vending and report the problem. The
dispatcher would then call one of our service technicians to your
account to fix the problem. Most problems can be fixed on the spot
the same day.
Q: What
if my employee looses money in the machine?
A: S & L Vending would either leave a refund bank with someone
in charge of vending for your location or the route driver would
refund any monies due when the account is serviced.
Q: Will
I have the same route driver every week?
A: Yes, it is very important to us to make sure you know who is
in your account. The same route driver will come in each week so
that you know them and they know what you like in your machines.
Q: Will
I be able to choose what I want in my machines?
A: Yes. We make every effort to give you the products that you want
to eat and drink. Our product lines are extensive. A list is provided
when you discuss what machines you want and when with your sales
person.
